Dr. Bettag, DDS
Dr. Bettag was born and raised near Seattle, Washington. She moved to Michigan to earn her bachelors degree at Hope College and compete on the school’s Swim & Dive team. In her free time, she volunteered at a local free health clinic, which taught her the value of oral health and ignited her passion to serve patients, whether helping relieve a painful tooth or restore a patient’s smile and self-confidence. She went on to earn her DDS at the University of Michigan where she excelled both in classes and in extracurriculars. Dr. Bettag served both on her class and her dental fraternity’s leadership committees, and she has presented her research at several international dental conferences. After graduation, she continued her education, completing a General Practice Residency at the John D. Dingel VA Hospital in Detroit, Michigan where she learned advanced dental techniques and provided care to local veterans struggling with dental anxiety.
Dr. Bettag’s family, including her cockapoo puppy named Ru, are enjoying all of the outdoor activities Utah has to offer. She loves to hike and ski, make ceramics, and shoot film photography. Dr. Bettag is excited to get to know you and your unique dental needs and to care for you like family.
Dr. Tyler Anderson, DMD
Dr. Tyler Anderson is a native of Ogden, Utah, and graduated from Bonneville High School. After serving an LDS Mission in the Dominican Republic, he attended Weber State University where he earned his degree in Zoology with a minor in Chemistry. Tyler then received his DMD from Midwestern University, College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona.
Dr. Anderson is excited to provide dental care in his hometown and serve the community he knows and loves. In his free time, he enjoys being with his wife, Sadee, and his two children. He also loves the outdoors, golf, and watching the Utah Jazz.
Dr. Neal Esplin - Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Neal Esplin is a specialist in Pediatric Dentistry. He received his Bachelors of Arts in Spanish from Brigham Young University and completed Dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia.
After Dental School Dr. Esplin completed specialty and residency training in Pediatric Dentistry through NYU Langone Hospitals in Tucson, AZ.
He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and serves on the board for certification of Certified Medical Illustrators as one of two health care professionals.
Dr. Esplin enjoys spending time with his wife and eight children. When life affords a few extra minutes, he can be found drawing, painting, and gardening.
Dr. Daniel Allen, DDS, MS - Orthodontist
Dr. Allen was born in Salt Lake and raised in Ogden, Utah. He attended Ogden High School where he was on the debate and tennis team. When he graduated high school he then attended Weber State University where he met his wife. After Weber State University, he went to Washington and attended the University Of Washington School Of Dentistry for 4 years and graduated with Honors in 2000. He then attended University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry Department of Orthodontics. Dr. Allen graduated in 2003 with a Certificate in Orthodontics and MS in Oral Sciences. Dr. Allen has lived and had practiced in Idaho Falls and El Paso. He loves learning and applying new techniques to his approach in Orthodontics.
When Dr. Allen is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife Erin, a hopeless anglophile, he’s ever grateful she married him in spite of his lack of a British accent. He has four beautiful daughters Taylor, Daphne, Ainsley, and Romni. They also have 5 family mascots! Two dogs named Lhotse, a German shepherd/husky mix and Beasley, a mini golden doodle. A cat black cat named Lucky, a guinea pig named Casper, and a chameleon named Skittles. He also enjoys travelling, skiing – water and snow – playing tennis, mountain biking, fly fishing, reading, working on his house and Jeep, attending and participating in church activities.
Dr. Paul Mackley, DDS
Dr. Paul Mackley graduated from Oklahoma University College of Dentistry 1988, graduating in the top 10% of his class with honors. He gained valuable experience the first five years of practice in performing complex procedures mentoring with Dr. J. Reed Mackley.
He is comfortable with all aspects of dentistry and surgeries including wisdom teeth, implants, all cosmetic procedures and all root canals. Major reconstructive cases are the most enjoyable to him. He has instructed younger dentist in various procedures and has done humanitarian work in Central America for going on seven years.
Dr. Mackley enjoys church work, horses, scouting and all outdoor activities, farming and most of all, time with his wife and six children.
Marcela Raboin, RDH - Dental Hygienist
Marcela graduated at the top of her class from Fortis College in Salt Lake City and received the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award for achieving a high standing in clinical dental hygiene. Marcela is passionate in serving her spanish speaking community here in Roy, Utah and has acted as a voice for her community throughout her dental career.

Marcela has been in the dental field since 2003 and loves the fact that everyone in our office shares the same vision: providing the best care to our patients. Marcela has dedicated her professional life to being an advocate to health and wellness to her patients and her community.
Marcela is married to her husband Aaron, and has two beautiful children, Luis and Emma. When she is not at the office, she enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.
